About the role
We provide high-quality ABA services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), including children and their families. Our mission is to make evidence-based ABA services accessible to families who need them.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth and in-person in-home services
- Drive to client homes as required
- Receive competitive compensation packages based on experience

Requirements
- Be vested in the ABA field, committed to the cause, and willing to learn and grow
- Show love and care for patients and their families, ensuring quality ABA Services and Parent Education
- Willing to train and supervise others in both a classroom and field settings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience in ABA or related field
- Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
