About the role

We provide high-quality ABA services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), including children and their families. Our mission is to make evidence-based ABA services accessible to families who need them.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth and in-person in-home services
  • Drive to client homes as required
  • Receive competitive compensation packages based on experience

  • Potentially advance to roles as a Senior Behavior Analyst or Clinical Director

Requirements

  • Be vested in the ABA field, committed to the cause, and willing to learn and grow
  • Show love and care for patients and their families, ensuring quality ABA Services and Parent Education
  • Willing to train and supervise others in both a classroom and field settings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience in ABA or related field
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
