Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure required
- Extensive experience as a BCBA
- Leadership and supervisory skills. Experience in these areas is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth
- Residing in or around Snohomish County, or in an acceptable travel radius
- Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children
- Able to (learn to) work with GSuite applications and CentralReach
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, management and guidance to BCBA’s, LaBa’s and Technicians
- In coordination with the Recruitment Department and Regional Management, hire the right BCBA’s and LaBa’s and Technicians
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards in all clinical practices
- Collaborate with families, clinicians, and other professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes
- Collaborate with the national Clinical Officer to develop initiatives for professional development and training for clinical staff
- Monitor clinical documentation and data to assess effectiveness and adherence to protocols
- Participate in strategic planning and policy development to support organizational goals
