Clinic Director (BCBA)
About the Role

In this role, you’ll help build a strong, high-performing team while ensuring our clinical staff can deliver exceptional care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The business will take care of itself.” The Clinic Director is a critical bridge between operations and clinical leadership, ensuring that business performance and quality care work hand in hand.
Responsibilities
- Own clinic performance across utilization, productivity, staffing, and service delivery.
- Use data to guide scheduling, capacity planning, and operational improvements.
- Lead, coach, and develop Clinical Supervisors, Office Managers, BCBAs, and RBTs.
- Build an accountable, collaborative team culture with strong leadership depth.
- Partner with clinical leaders to align operations with quality care and client outcomes.
- Ensure staffing and schedules support clinical needs and treatment requirements.
- Champion a positive, family-centered experience.
- Resolve escalated concerns with urgency, empathy, and accountability.
- Manage clinic budgets and expenses to meet financial targets.
- Connect operational decisions to financial performance and key KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 6+ years of operational leadership experience in healthcare or a service-based environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, drive performance, communicate clearly, solve problems, and work onsite full-time.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience in ABA, pediatric behavioral health, or multi-site healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, such as CentralReach.
- BCBA Certification.
Physical Requirements
- Capacity to occasionally lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing and frequent movement within the clinic environment.
- Comfort working near young children, including potential exposure to bodily fluids.
- Exposure to a range of odors, fluctuating temperatures, and occasional loud noises.
Pay
Base Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $110,000 USD
