Clinic Administrator I

About the role

Locations: Greensboro, NC Family Medicine. This is an experienced, moderate to high level practice management position with a comparable level of complexity. Practice scope is moderately complex for number of providers, staff and revenue with a larger geographical area and possible practices in 2 or more locations.

Responsibilities

Manages, supervises and coordinates all functions and activities related to the operations of physician practices, complex management responsibility (i.e., billing and collecting), and/or special projects, (i.e. practice start up), as directed by Administration.

Requirements

Education: Must meet one of the following: Four year Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or eight years of relevant professional experience, required.

Licensure/certification/registration: One-plus years of practice manager experience preferred with a Bachelor's degree, preferred.

• Teambuilding, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills
• Principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models
• Decision making, project leadership and consultation, delegation and communication skills
• Understanding of customer needs and expectations and knowledge for improvement to exceed customer expectations

Schedule

Full-Time | Leadership Role. Hours may vary based on operational and patient care needs.
