Responsibilities
- Determines organizational lines of authority and assigns areas of responsibility to employees.
- Interprets and transmits Corporate policies to personnel and ensures compliance.
- Develops and recommends policies to the appropriate approving authority.
- Prepares a yearly budget based on past experience, market trends, and financial considerations.
- Develops and initiates reports and other control mechanisms for resource utilization.
- Makes recommendations to the President regarding alterations in equipment, additional facilities, and new construction.
- Maintains buildings, equipment, and fixtures to ensure continuous use and efficient operation.
- Formulates and maintains an effective public relations program aligned with Corporate objectives.
- Maintains relationships with local health care organizations and programs.
- Acts as the official spokesperson for the Clinic and represents it in various associations and activities.
- Affirms short and long-range plans for health services and facilities.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Hospital Administration from an accredited college or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in hospital administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college with a health-related emphasis, and 5 years of experience in health administration.
- Willingness to take responsibility for potential inefficiencies that could impact patient care.
- Essential qualities of leadership are required for this role.
