Nurse Clinic Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical leadership and serve as an escalation resource for clinical concerns
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality nursing and medical assistant–supported care
• Serve as an escalation resource for clinical concerns
• Support patient triage, education, care coordination, referrals, and follow-up
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to align care standards and workflows
• Serve as a key liaison among providers, clinical staff, administrative teams, volunteers, and organizational leadership

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3+ years of outpatient nursing experience
• 3+ years of clinical operations or clinic management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
• Experience leading quality improvement initiatives
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish
