Job Description

As a Clinic Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative duties in a clinical environment. Your responsibilities may include answering telephones, greeting patients, maintaining a professional environment, distributing incoming mail, obtaining necessary signatures, ensuring patient confidentiality, scheduling appointments, assisting with medical record preparation, and more.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months relevant experience without a degree
  • 1-2 years related experience preferred
  • Experience working knowledge of computers with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Pleasant telephone manner
