Job Description
As a Clinic Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative duties in a clinical environment. Your responsibilities may include answering phones, greeting patients, maintaining a professional environment, distributing mail, obtaining signatures, ensuring patient confidentiality, scheduling appointments, coordinating transfers, and assisting with medical record scanning and maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience without a degree
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Experience working knowledge of computers with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good verbal communication skills
- Pleasant telephone manner
