Responsibilities
Creates and maintains provider and physician urgent care, after-hours and holiday schedules.
Provides administrative/analytical support to Clinic Management team with projects and tasks, including any clinic needs on the floor.
Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Two (2) or more years of office assisting or clerical experience.
- Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Detail oriented, manages competing priorities and deadlines, proficient with Microsoft Office applications, ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions without direct supervision, understands and follows oral and written instruction, communicates with co-workers to perform duties as part of a work group, displays high level of accuracy, critical thinking and organization, excellent customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, ability to handle competing priorities, ability to engage others, listen and adapt response to meet others’ needs, ability to align own actions with those of other team members committed to common goals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage competing priorities, ability to perform job duties in a professional manner at all times, ability to understand, recall, and communicate, factual information, ability to understand, recall, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, ability to apply common sense in performing job.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
