About the role

As a climber, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's climbing facilities and ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Maintain climbing walls and equipment in good working condition
• Ensure all climbers adhere to safety guidelines
• Document and report any maintenance issues to management
• Train new climbers on facility rules and safety procedures

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• First aid certification
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical fitness and stamina

Skills

• Knowledge of climbing techniques and safety
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
