About the role
Responsible for providing client support in an immunization clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Provide information on immunization schedules and protocols
- Handle inquiries regarding clinic policies and procedures
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely vaccinations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
- Experience in customer service or healthcare administration
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of immunization protocols and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
