Location: Hybrid onsite in St. Paul, MN
Pay Rate: $20–25/hour
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

Role Overview
This position serves as a front-line support resource for clients using a healthcare product suite. Responsibilities include handling inbound support requests, troubleshooting issues, documenting activity in CRM systems, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, development, and account teams. The role also supports onboarding efforts and ongoing client success post go-live.
Key Requirements
- 1–2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of healthcare terminology
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
