What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and support requests
  • Build strong relationships by providing friendly, responsive, and professional service
  • Research and resolve client issues with confidence and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client account information
  • Process sensitive data, including payroll-related information, with precision
  • Prioritize multiple requests while keeping clients informed every step of the way
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, help desk, technical support, or a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new technology
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive client experiences
