Responsibilities
- Process client requests for corporate document retrievals, filings, and business records.
- Cook up orders from initial request through completion while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Communicate with vendors and clients via phone and email to resolve questions, issues, and order updates.
- Obtain certificates of status, conduct business name availability and status searches, and retrieve public record documents.
- Prepare, review, submit, and track corporate filings, including Articles of Incorporation/Organization, Amendments, DBA (Assumed Business Name) filings, Annual Reports, Name Reservations, Newspaper Publications.
- Work closely with internal team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain detailed records and provide outstanding customer service throughout the order process.
- Axle with additional administrative and corporate service tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office support, customer service, legal assistant, corporate services, or document processing experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Reliable attendance and professionalism.
