About the role

The role involves providing exceptional client support through phone, email, and chat. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Document and escalate complex issues to management
  • Train new team members on support procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
