What You'll Do
- Cook up scheduling for residential construction projects.
- Order and track materials to keep projects on schedule.
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project managers with documentation and project setup.
- Maintain accurate project information within our CRM.
- Cook up coordination with Sales, Production, and Operations teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Help improve processes that create a better experience for both customers and teammates.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with computer systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in residential construction or remodeling.
- Project coordination or scheduling experience.
- CRM or project management software experience.
- Experience ordering materials or working with vendors.
