What You'll Do

  • Cook up scheduling for residential construction projects.
  • Order and track materials to keep projects on schedule.
  • Communicate with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project managers with documentation and project setup.
  • Maintain accurate project information within our CRM.
  • Cook up coordination with Sales, Production, and Operations teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Help improve processes that create a better experience for both customers and teammates.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with computer systems.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in residential construction or remodeling.
  • Project coordination or scheduling experience.
  • CRM or project management software experience.
  • Experience ordering materials or working with vendors.
