  • Resolving client issues promptly and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining and updating client records with precision in our company's CRM system.
  • Aiding financial advisors with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Supporting the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new clients.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality client service delivery.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for client service and a keen eye for detail. The ideal qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in a client support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the financial services or consulting industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanour.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
