Client Support Specialist
About the role
ADP is hiring a Client Support Specialist to serve as the front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment and have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver, working independently or as a team to help ADP's clients solve problems and provide solutions
- Build relationships with clients using the phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed client expectations in every interaction
- Educate and provide recommendations, leveraging ADP product and services knowledge to solve issues and questions
- Organize and manage a high volume of inbound calls, adhering to a daily schedule and dealing with peak seasons
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
- A college degree is not required, but having the skills to do the job is essential
- Military experience is also valued and recognized

Pay
The compensation for this role is USD $17.02 - USD $30.14 per hour, with actual compensation not less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
