Client Success Representative/ Account Coordinator

CPI Card Group Inc. is a leading provider of secure card packaging solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of ultrasecure card packages and EMV-compliant solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of card production technologies and a strong commitment to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and development of ultrasecure card packages and EMV-compliant solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
• Lead project management efforts to meet deadlines and budgets
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure product integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in card packaging or related field
• Strong knowledge of card production technologies and industry standards
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Experience with ultrasecure card packaging processes
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 7816 and ISO/IEC 14443 standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
