Client Success Coordinator
About the role
We’re looking for a motivated client services professional to join our Account Management team as an Account Coordinator. This is an entry-level position on a class-leading client services team. The Account Coordinator works in a supportive capacity to help our sponsors activate campaigns that reach and engage their target audience on Medscape. You will support the Account Lead on assigned accounts by maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused self-starter who can handle multiple priorities, excel in a deadline-driven environment, and communicate effectively. The applicant should have an interest in digital production, media, project management, and healthcare and medicine. The role offers strong growth potential for high performers.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve overall client satisfaction, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of services and products.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Serve as a direct point of contact with customers; prepare and present client-facing reports, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management.
- Assist Account Managers and Project Managers in managing customer satisfaction by understanding and documenting project statuses.
- Collect and document critical project data metrics, including tracking tags and program IDs, to meet client satisfaction and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects receive necessary client approvals, collaborating with senior-level account managers to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in building a strong foundation for client management, enhancing presentation skills, and effectively articulating product value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–1+ years of experience.
- Experience with digital production, media, agency, publisher, and/or healthcare; pharmaceutical agency experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workfront, or other Project Management systems (e.g., Basecamp, MS Project).
- Knowledge of the marketing-related creative process; marketing or agency experience (especially within the pharmaceutical industry) is preferred.
Pay
$53,500 – $58,500
