Your Challenge

  • Internally initiate and execute client campaigns in accordance with agreed-upon timelines and budgets in partnership with the account’s lead Client Success Manager and Ad Operations team.
  • Aid CSMs in conducting post-campaign analysis within two weeks of campaign completion to identify areas for improvement.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or Adops as necessary, summarizing the problem and attempted solutions clearly.
  • Own client reporting responsibilities, ensuring clients receive regular campaign performance reports with detailed metrics and additional insights as per their preferences.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and flag necessary adjustments in partnership with CSMs and the Ad Operations team.
  • Leverage internal tools [e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Jira, etc.] for efficient internal communication and task management.
  • Manage custom creative tickets in accordance with client needs and internal SLAs.
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction score.
  • Oversee the monthly billing process for managed accounts.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 1-2 years of Media, Advertising or Technology experience in a sales, marketing or support role, including internships.
  • You have assisted in executing either direct-sold or programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • You have basic knowledge of the digital advertising landscape.
  • You are proficient in Excel and regularly analyse data to generate insights and applicable learnings.
  • You excel at building strong relationships with others, with communication skills being one of your top attributes.
  • You have a proven track record of client satisfaction with your deliverables, with an emphasis on being timely and thorough.
  • You are proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are adaptive, organized, and analytical, regularly relying on your resourcefulness to arrive at solutions to ever-arising problems.
