As a Client Success Coordinator, you’ll help build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll gather feedback, coordinate follow-up, support client communication and education, and work across teams to help improve service delivery and client retention. What We’re Looking For In a Candidate Previous client success, account management, customer service, or related client-facing experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities in a varied, fast-moving roleConfidence communicating with clients, leadership, and internal service teamsStrong relationship-building and problem-solving skillsAbility to gather feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvementsComfort learning and working with technology, client portals, CRM systems, and reporting toolsExperience in managed services, IT, technology, or business-to-business services is helpfulBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience Key Responsibilities Support strong, long-term client relationships and serve as a consistent point of communicationConduct client check-ins and coordinate follow-up on feedback, questions, and service concernsSupport client retention, renewal communication, service recovery, and exit interview activitiesDevelop client communications, newsletters, service updates, onboarding materials, and educational resourcesHelp clients understand and adopt Workplace services, tools, and client portal resourcesCreate and maintain client-facing guides, presentations, forms, and internal documentationGather and analyze client feedback, service trends, satisfaction results, and retention risksShare client insights and recommendations with leadership and internal service teamsCoordinate client-related initiatives across departments and ensure follow-up items are completedIdentify opportunities to improve onboarding, communication, service delivery, and internal processesSupport special projects, pilot programs, and other client experience initiatives General Benefits Offering At Direct Companies, we believe in rewarding hard work with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
