About the role

This role is for a Client Success Advocate who will manage and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure they understand, trust, and continue to choose Redirect Health for their employees and families.

Responsibilities

  • Serve clients, brokers, and internal Customer Success and care teams
  • Be responsible for client retention, renewal success, and client satisfaction across an assigned book of business
  • Directly impact the growth and stability of Redirect Health by helping clients and their employees fully understand and use their healthcare benefits

Requirements

  • Bright, motivated, and self-starter
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or client success
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
  • Proactive problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management, or client success
