About the role
This role is for a Client Success Advocate who will manage and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure they understand, trust, and continue to choose Redirect Health for their employees and families.
Responsibilities
- Serve clients, brokers, and internal Customer Success and care teams
- Be responsible for client retention, renewal success, and client satisfaction across an assigned book of business
- Directly impact the growth and stability of Redirect Health by helping clients and their employees fully understand and use their healthcare benefits
Requirements
- Bright, motivated, and self-starter
- Experience in customer service, account management, or client success
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
- Proactive problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management, or client success
