Client Strategy Manager
About the role
We are looking for a Client Strategy Manager (CSM) to join our team and support our growing client base in making better investment decisions. Our goal is to be a research partner with our clients, almost an extension of their team.
This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC, one of our office hubs, or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding.
Responsibilities
- Leverage product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement
- Become a trusted resource for our clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service
- Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally
- Create and execute on account growth & engagement strategies
- Manage commercial strategy by:
- Developing rapport with key decision makers
- Managing renewals from beginning to end
- Identifying and executing on upsell opportunities to augment contract value
Requirements
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Able to build strategic relationships within your book of business to support your renewal conversations, partnership presentations, and business expansion opportunities
- Passionate about making your clients successful and caring deeply about their investment questions and process
- Able to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for your client base and materialize them through our research
- Able to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
- A self-starter and a team player
- Energetic about contributing to the future of data-driven investment research and genuinely interested in investment research and the markets
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in B2B sales or client management
- Knowledge of investment research and markets
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay
The annual on-target earnings for this position is anticipated to be up to $110,000 base salary + $40,000 gross retention bonus. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
