Client Stabilization Specialist
Job Summary
The Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) Client Stabilization Specialist is a shelter or temporary lodging site-based position. The primary role is to work with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, ensuring they are stabilized. Responsibilities include conducting intakes into HMIS, providing education, conducting perimeter walks, and escalating issues impacting stabilization.
Skills/Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Twelve months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
- One to three years of full-time health care related work experience
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification (preferred)
- AZ fingerprint clearance card
