Client Stabilization Specialist
Job Summary
The Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) Client Stabilization Specialist is a shelter or temporary lodging site-based position. The primary role involves working with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, ensuring they are stabilized. Responsibilities include conducting intakes into HMIS, providing education, conducting perimeter walks, escalating issues, communicating with leadership, and completing data entry.
Skills/Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Minimum of 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
- 1-3 years of full-time health care related work experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations (preferred)
