The Role
You will lead scheduled consultations with individuals and families who are considering hiring our firm. You will explore their family circumstances, goals, concerns, and potential risks. Working within our proven consultation process, you will then recommend the appropriate planning solution and ask the prospective client to move forward.
Responsibilities
- Explore family circumstances, goals, concerns, and potential risks during scheduled consultations
- Recommend the appropriate planning solution based on the client's needs
- Communicate the value of the recommended solutions to the prospective client
- Help the prospective client make a confident decision to hire Polaris Estate Planning & Elder Law
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead high-trust conversations
- Confidence in recommending and closing high-value services
- Experience in estate planning and elder law
- Comfortable working in a consultative sales role
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Passionate about helping families protect their loved ones
- Experience in a similar role preferred

Pay
$50,000 base salary with performance-based incentive compensation. Expected total compensation of approximately $100,000–$125,000 for successful performers. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $150,000 or more.
Schedule
Full-time, in-office position.
