Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective clients through consultative conversations
- Follow up on consultations and guide families through the decision-making process
- Clearly communicate the value of estate planning and elder law services
- Help clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way
- Maintain consistent communication through phone, email, and text
- Manage your sales pipeline and client journey using CRM systems
- Partner closely with our attorneys and intake team to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and conversion rates
- Contribute directly to the continued growth of our firm
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, client engagement, intake, or business development
- A consultative sales approach focused on relationships rather than transactions
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Confidence discussing sensitive topics with compassion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- A results-driven mindset with personal accountability
- The ability to build trust quickly and authentically
Bonus Points
- If you have experience in estate planning, elder law, legal services, financial services, healthcare, or insurance
- If you have experience using CRM systems such as Clio, Smokeball, or similar platforms
- If you have previous law firm intake or client experience
Pay
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary $60,000 annually
On-Target Earnings Up to $100,000+ through a generous performance-based bonus structure.
