- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems
- Connect and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs
- Maintain relationships and engage with past clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals
