Client Solutions Manager
About the role
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise customers and will be directly responsible for their growth. You will design and execute your own account acquisition and account expansion strategies while coaching a high-performance team. Your book of business will consist of the most prominent investment firms in the region. This role is fast-paced and client-facing with a focus on client portfolio growth and team development. You will spend most of your time developing growth strategies, executing projects, and coaching top performers. As a Client Solutions leader and first point of contact for our clients, you will also work alongside our product and engineering team to translate insights into product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Grow a portfolio of enterprise customers through account acquisition and account expansion strategies
- Hire and coach top performers and maintain talent density
- Innovate and improve processes and policies within the Client Solutions department
Requirements
You display a “challenge-accepted” mentality, are passionate about training, coaching, and developing talent, inspire and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals, are results-driven and excel at identifying new & innovative ways to drive growth, and have 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles; 1-2 years of experience managing a client-facing team.
Qualifications
You are a self-starter with a proven track record of success in client-facing roles, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and have a strong understanding of the software industry and its trends.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the software industry and its trends.

Pay
$110,000 – $130,000, based on seniority and relevant experience
Schedule
This is a hybrid role, in our NYC office 2-3 times per week.
