Client Services Representative - Part Time

L&E Research connects clients with consumers, medical professionals, business professionals, and more for virtually any market research project. Since 1984, they have been a trusted partner in qualitative market research, helping the world’s best brands listen to real people and make smarter decisions. Their facilities host those conversations, and the Client Services team makes them feel welcoming. We’re hiring a Client Services Representative (CSR) to help create great experiences for the people who come through the facility. The CSR is the friendly face clients and research participants meet when they walk in, welcoming guests, setting up rooms, A/V, food, and materials, resetting spaces between studies, covering the front desk, answering phones, directing visitors, and pitching in on recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they arise. The role offers a clear path to becoming a Senior CSR and potential opportunities to work in other departments such as Operations, Recruiting, and Data Analysis based on interests and strengths.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and make sure they feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming research sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies so the next group is ready to go.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with a professional touch.
• Pitch in on recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they come up.

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and genuinely good with people.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast pace.
• Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long stretches, move around the facility, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Curious about new tools and technology, including AI.
• Experience in client services, hospitality, or admin support is a plus.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and OneDrive.

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 17 - 19 USD per hour (Chicago)

Schedule

Part-Time, up to 30 hours per week, on-site. Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
