Client Services Representative - Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Employer Services Senior Associate to support plan sponsors and advisors by delivering exceptional client service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and excels at building trust through clear, humanized communication. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues, provide insights, and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Identify and resolve one-touch tickets using available tools; escalate complex issues to management or Legal/Compliance when needed.
• Support a book of business consisting of advisors and sponsors, ensuring servicing needs are met and administrative issues are addressed.
• Help manage client expectations to prevent disconnects around processes and timelines.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to drive resolution, feedback, and satisfaction.
• Create tickets, document interactions, and update client accounts within internal systems.
• Conduct timely follow-up to maintain service excellence and adhere to internal and client-facing SLAs.
• Share data-driven insights with product teams to support platform improvements.
• Participate in scheduled client calls, provide plan updates, and host or moderate webinars to guide sponsors through registration and portal navigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in financial services customer service.
• Experience with retirement accounts or wealth management.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Resilience, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to make quick, accurate decisions in a client-facing environment.

Work Environment

Candidates must reside within commuting distance of either Scottsdale, AZ (85258) or King of Prussia, PA (19406). Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm in the respective time zone.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
