Client Service Representative (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a book of business for clients to ensure key deliverables are met, driving both business growth and client retention.
• Work in a high-pressure, high-volume environment where accuracy is paramount.
• Highly adaptable professional with the ability to thrive in diverse environments and engage respectfully with people of varied backgrounds and perspectives.
• Create financial documents and enter data into a tracking database using Adobe suite of software products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including regular application testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform regular application testing within an Agile development framework.
• Utilize great time management skills to handle extremely high seasonal volumes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong client services background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Excellent ability to understand the scope of each project, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Outlook and Access.
