Client Service Representative

About the role

The Role As a Client Service Representative you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians and patient care team in helping guide clients through their pet’s care with confidence and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries
• Manage appointment flow to support efficiency for the medical team
• Accurately enter and update patient and client information in the computer system
• Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions
• Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and kennel staff to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, email communication, and record keeping
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area

Requirements

As a Client Service Representative, you should have:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowledge of veterinary practices and terminology
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Previous experience in a veterinary setting is a plus
