Responsibilities
- Communicate and interact with attorneys, assistants, and clients.
- Manage assigned attorneys' inventory, specifically monitoring and resolving aged invoices, credit balances, and aged unbilled work.
- Handle all aspects of attorney and client outreach (via email, phone, and/or mail) to resolve non-payment issues.
- Respond to collection related requests quickly, effectively, and accurately.
- Partner with the Billing team to resolve auditing issues, reconciliation issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Communicate and report to leadership on delinquent collections and at risk inventory.
Requirements
- Entry-level out of school (w/degree) OR ~2 years in Collections
- Proficient with Accounting functions
- Versed in MS Office
- Strong/Collaborative personality (represent their company well to their clients)
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business discipline
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables)
- Legal experience
- B2B or C2C Collections

$23-$25/hourly
Schedule
3 days/week on-site, 2 remote
