Client Services Representative

About the role

Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic, an AAHA-accredited hospital in Westport, Massachusetts, seeks a Client Service Representative (CSR) with at least one year of customer service experience in a veterinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and communication
• Schedule appointments, manage client check-ins/check-outs, and process payments
• Support clients with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on quality care
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Collaborate closely with doctors and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent patient experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
• Excellent client management, communication, and multitasking skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Dependable, organized, and passionate about helping pets and their people
