Client Services Representative
About the role
Best Friends Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time or part-time client service representative with the skills, drive, and desire to take your career to the next step. Qualified candidates will have flexibility availability Monday - Saturday, at least 1 year of experience as a veterinary client service representative. This role is a critical part of the care team here at Best Friends Animal Hospital, allowing us to offer the best care to our patients and excel in the client experience for our pet parents!
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
- Manage appointment scheduling and reminders
- Provide information on hospital policies and procedures
- Assist with patient check-ins and check-outs
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Support the hospital's mission of providing excellent care and client experience
Requirements
- Flexible availability Monday - Saturday
- At least 1 year of experience as a veterinary client service representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a friendly demeanor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary practices and animal care
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
