Client Services Rep - Remote EST & CST

About the role

This is a remote/work-from-home position at Transworld Systems, Inc., an industry leader in business process outsourcing services including accounts receivable management, customer relationship management, and back-office services for a diversified customer base.

Responsibilities

• Research data regarding account and billing information to validate and confirm debts owed.
• Handle and respond to daily client requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, fax, and mail.
• Produce reports as requested by clients by assisting in the creation of the reports.
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new computer platforms/systems, dependent upon position.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures.
• Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certificate, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Professional and mature manner with a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team-fostered environment.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment and prioritize and organize work.

Physical Requirements

• Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend, and reach.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without accommodation.

Work Conditions

• The work environment is primarily indoors with a moderate noise level.
• Little to no travel is required.

Remote Work Requirements

• Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up).
• Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots).
• Minimum internet speed: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload.

$14/hour
