Client Services Manager

Two Sigma is seeking a motivated and meticulous Investor Relations professional to join the Client Services team in New York reporting to the Global Head of Client Service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class client experience to current and prospective investors when addressing firm and fund related inquiries, managing production and distribution of investor-facing materials, and overseeing capital transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and fund administrators to ensure all underlying capabilities are not only robust but meticulously integrated and presented
- Own initiatives that include investing in our CRM, data integrity, client portals, and feature adoption as part of the operational backbone for the investor business
- Process, reconcile, and further capital activity workflows in connection with subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
- Suggest, promote, and champion strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and enhance personalization of investor services through use of AI and other technology-powered solutions
- Serve as a steward of the Two Sigma brand and set quality standards, build operational principals and uphold governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in investor relations, client onboarding, operational due diligence or account administration
- Proficiency with IR standards and industry trends with a deep curiosity about process improvements and emerging technologies
- Experience leading or mentoring associates as well as operating efficiently, strategically, and independently
- Sharp communication and presentation skills and acute attention to detail
- Ability to balance a multifaceted workload and exercise good judgement across a variety of requests with a client-first approach

Pay
The base pay for this role will be between $125,000 and $200,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
