Provides high-level advisory support focused on client relationships, engagement strategy, and client-facing practices. Collaborates with internal and external teams to offer strategic insight, professional judgment, and a consultative perspective informed by deep client service and industry experience. Applies knowledge of emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements and actively contributes to thought leadership within the organization. Engagement is on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide advisory support related to client relationships and engagement strategy.
- Apply deep client service and industry experience to advise on complex client situations and relationship dynamics.
- Provide consultative guidance on engagement approaches, communication strategies, and long-term relationship management.
- Offer perspective on client trends, market considerations, and evolving client needs.
- Share experience-based insight to support strong client outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to internal dialogue and thought leadership related to client services practices.
- Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 20+ years of professional experience in a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or relevant related field.
- Primary residence in Massachusetts.
- Experience working with large municipal wastewater treatment facilities.

Pay
Location B: $115-120/hour
