Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience, ensuring that every client interaction is memorable.
  • Master the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony, tailoring the approach to each client’s needs, lifestyle, and motivations.
  • Convey the passion, heritage, and values of BVLGARI, fostering deep client connections and brand loyalty.
  • Proactively achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to both individual and boutique goals.
  • Drive high-end sales by curating premium, exclusive experiences for top-tier clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Expand and nurture a strong client portfolio through strategic outreach, referrals, and personalized follow-ups.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to engage, track, and retain clientele.
  • Serve as a BVLGARI brand ambassador at private client events, in-store activations, and high-profile engagements.

Boutique Operations

  • Uphold brand standards by ensuring a pristine, welcoming, and luxurious boutique environment.
  • Participate in inventory control, visual merchandising, and product replenishment.
  • Aid in special projects, high-profile client requests, and operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in luxury retail, with a strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in engaging high-net-worth clients and executing sophisticated sales interactions.
  • Fluency in luxury storytelling—passionate about craftsmanship, design, and brand heritage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills—confident, engaging, and adaptable to a diverse clientele.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in CRM software and digital clienteling tools.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus for catering to an international clientele.
