Position Overview

Client Experience & Sales

  • Welcome each client with warmth and cultural sensitivity, identifying needs and delivering tailored recommendations
  • Execute the BVLGARI selling ceremony with your own distinctive flair—guiding clients through discovery, storytelling, and closing
  • Confidently present high-value pieces and negotiate win-win solutions that feel effortless
  • Skillfully upsell and cross-sell across categories, reading client desires with intuition
  • Create memorable moments that ensure every client leaves with an elevated, unforgettable experience
  • Drive individual sales performance while contributing to boutique targets and KPIs

Client Development & Relationship Building

  • Build and actively manage a robust client book through strategic daily outreach
  • Perform CRM actions across multiple channels—calls, messages, appointments, social media—to deepen relationships and drive repeat business
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data with meticulous attention to detail
  • Invite and host clients for exclusive in-store events, private appointments, and curated experiences
  • Network within the community at social functions and cultural events to cultivate new clientele

Excellence & Operations

  • Ensure the boutique reflects BVLGARI's impeccable luxury standards at all times—cleanliness, visual merchandising, product presentation
  • Support inventory management, stock organization, and replenishment with precision and efficiency
  • Follow all operational procedures, including POS, after-sales service, and compliance guidelines
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining grace under pressure
  • Partner with your team to foster a collaborative, supportive environment and ensure smooth daily operations

Profile

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-touch, client-facing environments with measurable sales success
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client book
  • Bachelor's degree or jewelry/gemology certification preferred
  • Multilingual capabilities highly valued (Russian language proficiency a plus)
