Client Advisor - Palm Desert

About the role

The Client Advisor is responsible for providing an outstanding client experience and meeting or exceeding sales objectives. This includes creating an inviting and elevated environment for discerning clients, fully satisfying their needs, and developing long-term relationships through strategic follow-ups and the use of CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inviting and elevated environment for the discerning client.
• Be enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for watches and jewelry.
• Create a relationship with the client: greet the client, listen to their needs, ask discovery questions, and demonstrate outstanding product knowledge.
• Understand available inventory and utilize CRM systems and tools to build an ongoing relationship.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, complete warranty information, and assist with repairs.
• Follow-up with clients on purchases and handle escalated issues with outstanding diplomatic skills.
• Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge and partner with the Service Department to ensure a positive client experience.
• Maximize percentage to retail and challenge oneself to sell all brands of watches and jewelry.
• Work with the team to ensure the store is clean and attractive, adhering to store security procedures and the company dress code policy.

• A passion for building clientele and selling.

• Meet and exceed company assigned goals, metrics and objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in sales in the luxury market.
• Prior watch and fine jewelry experience is helpful, but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Sales driven and results orientated.
• Team player and willing to be hands-on and work with the team to fulfill operational and organizational needs.
• Adaptable with an attitude of continuous learning.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related discipline is preferred.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base.

Benefits

We offer a salary range of $20-$25.00 per hour, plus commission incentive. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
