About the Role

While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this role is designed to uphold standards. Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses combine rigorous academics with technology-driven learning and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students regularly outpace national learning benchmarks, with data to support it. Afternoons are reserved for deeper exploration, independent work, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But success depends on enrolling the right families. That's your responsibility.

You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, beginning with the application and concluding with enrollment. This is not a role where you hand off responsibility. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful conversations, and recommend declining a family when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. The objective is alignment.

We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, high-end membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed valuable client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through. If your career has centered on delivering white-glove service where trust, discretion, and experience quality define the brand, this role will resonate. Apply now to bring that caliber of service to meaningful work.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-assessment discussions to evaluate fit prior to presenting solutions or suggesting next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships at varying stages of the enrollment pipeline, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up activities.
  • Guiding campus tours, shadow visits, and decision-making conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the model's ideal audience.
  • Keeping accurate CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

What You Won't Be Doing

  • Employing transactional or aggressive sales approaches.
  • Admitting families who are not aligned merely to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a large team or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
  • Distributing ownership of the family experience across multiple roles.
  • Operating remotely. This position is campus-based by design.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that successfully converts aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and performance of the Alpha model.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at different stages, supported by a clear tracking and prioritization system.
  • Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your product or service due to poor fit.
  • Professional written communication experience with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or sophisticated audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Malibu, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or Santa Barbara, CA.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive-level support positions.
  • Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service standards.
  • Proficiency using data and CRM insights to enhance conversion quality, not simply velocity.
