Client Services Coordinator

Functions

• Cooking the printing and production of client orders
• Inspecting customer files, assisting with digital proofs, and ensuring the graphics are print-ready
• Assisting with large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
• Providing graphic design services
• Handling smaller graphic installations
• Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
• Performing vehicle inspections and measurements; conducting site surveys
• Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
• Utilizing workflow software for estimates/quotes

Requirements

• One to two years of designing and working with vehicle graphics and templates
• Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and website maintenance
• A degree in graphic design or a related field (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
