Client Services Coordinator
ACPWB's Advisory Delivery practice runs a high volume of concurrent engagements, and the Client Services Coordinator is the role that makes that volume manageable. You will own client scheduling and calendar coordination and serve as the coordination hub for the firm's analytical team. Strong organizational skills are required. An ability to prioritize under pressure is essential. A tolerance for Milwaukee weather is appreciated.
About the role
ACPWB's Advisory Delivery team handles work in internal reporting and documentation that is deadline-driven, client-facing, and detail-intensive. The Client Services Coordinator is the person who makes sure the operational side of that work is handled—specifically client scheduling and calendar coordination. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable being the person the firm's analytical team relies on to keep things together.
The Client Services Coordinator will be the operational backbone of ACPWB's Advisory Delivery team of 7. Your job is to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks: that client scheduling and calendar coordination is handled well, that the firm's analytical team stays organized, and that the people doing the analytical and advisory work can trust that the logistics are covered. We are looking for someone who finds that role satisfying.

- Track record of delivering consistently high-quality work across multiple simultaneous priorities
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Prior experience managing meeting logistics for distributed or remote teams
Benefits
ACPWB's approach to professional development is substantive rather than performative. Our training programs are structured. Our mentorship is specific and ongoing. Our internal mobility is real. We have promoted people from Analyst to Director within five years. We have also let people go who stopped growing. We believe both things are consistent with a culture that takes development seriously.
ACPWB was founded in Milwaukee in 2006 with a simple mandate: help working Americans understand and advocate for the compensation they deserve. Eighteen years later, that mandate has grown into a full-service research and advisory practice serving clients from early-stage employers to Fortune 50 enterprises—and we are still based in Milwaukee, because Milwaukee is genuinely underrated.
Interview Process
Our process begins with a 30-minute introductory call with a member of our talent team, followed by a 60-minute technical interview with the hiring manager and one senior team member. Final-round candidates will be invited to a half-day on-site in Milwaukee, which includes a panel interview, a brief analytical exercise, and lunch with the team. We will validate parking.
What Success Looks Like In Year One
- Identify and propose at least one technology or tool that could improve team operations
- Demonstrate the judgment to handle ambiguous situations independently while escalating appropriately
- Master all operational systems and tools used by the Advisory Delivery team
