Onsite full-time role at our Orlando, Florida Presort Services facility.
Schedule
1st shift, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Flexible schedule required for overtime, which may include weekends.
Pay
Hourly pay range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with the possibility of overtime.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and building client relationships with small to medium customers by being proactive in preventing issues.
- Communicate with Operations and Client Service personnel daily when issues or challenges arise or are anticipated.
- Monitor and review daily client discrepancies and aid in resolution working with the Operations and Client Services team members.
- Monitor all QMS (Quality Management System) client services related tasks ensuring the department is in compliance at all times.
- Monitor and review client volume activity utilizing proprietary systems or other applications.
- Enter and retrieve information using computer systems and applications to create, update records, or obtain information for others.
- Prepare client quarterly business reviews, other required presentations, and meeting materials when required.
- Complete weekly or monthly reports for clients, as necessary.
- Assist with weekly invoicing review for customers to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Provide back-up support in absence of others.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Demonstrated minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple work assignments.
- Strong knowledge of computer applications, MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word) suite of products.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to maintain high work quality with limited supervision, effectively work individually or in a team environment.
