Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead marketing solutions across various accounts, including planning, development, budget management, and execution of traditional/digital marketing, experiential, and shopper marketing.
- Provide daily coordination between all cross-functional departments of Loud And Live.
- Maintain, track, and assess the budget allocated for marketing and advertising efforts.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of client programs and initiatives to educate others on all client activity.
- Provide data/measurement reports with analysis to help clients identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy and clarity of any written document, including creative and production briefs, conference reports, and marketing plans, before submission to agency leadership and the client.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a field related to advertising or account management/marketing.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the advertising industry or related account management/marketing experience.
- Experience working with sponsorships, brand activation, and experiential marketing.
- Proactive in dealing with challenges head-on.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish is required.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers.
- Problem-solving: Must be flexible when necessary; able and willing to explore and test new ways of doing things; must not remain set in ways to the detriment of the Company’s competitiveness.
- Must show initiative and possess the ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively.
