About the role
VCA Lynnfield by the Lake Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Client Service Supervisor to join their hospital's leadership team. The role involves leading the front office team, managing client flow, addressing client concerns, and supporting a positive and efficient team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Staff Management: Lead the front office team by example. This includes hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews to build a highly effective and motivated team.
Exceptional Client Experience: Champion VCA's high standards of client service. Manage client flow, address client concerns, and ensure a professional and compassionate experience for every visitor.
Hospital Operations: Drive the day-to-day administrative functions of the hospital. This includes overseeing billing, managing financial records, maintaining office systems, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the Hospital Manager and medical team to identify opportunities for improvement, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the practice.
Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory experience is required.
2+ years of experience in the veterinary field is required.
A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor towards both animals and people.
Excellent knowledge of client service best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days and weekends, based on business needs.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
