We are a full-service, AAHA-accredited veterinary practice just outside of Middletown, CT, seeking an experienced Client Service Supervisor to join our collaborative and supportive team. The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high-quality veterinary medicine and patient care, with the expertise to deliver an outstanding client experience and foster lifelong partnerships with pet parents.

Responsibilities

• Win the confidence of pet parents by delivering exceptional client service.
• Apply sales and marketing techniques to support hospital goals.
• Manage service-oriented operations and communicate effectively with diverse personalities and cultures.
• Plan, organize, and present ideas clearly.
• Assess credible information from clients, staff, and other sources to evaluate hospital operations objectively.
• Handle multiple tasks in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical care facility operations management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage service operations and drive results.
